Refund policy

At JK Dry Fruits and Spices, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a 7-day return policy. You have 7 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be unworn or unused.
  • The item should have its original tags and packaging.
  • You’ll need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return:

To begin a return, please contact us at sales.jkdryfruit@gmail.com. Our team will guide you through the process. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order upon receiving it. If you find any defective, damaged, or incorrect items, contact us immediately at sales.jkdryfruit@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items:

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, spices, etc.)
  • Custom products (e.g., personalized items)
  • Personal care products (e.g., beauty items)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable. Please get in touch if you have concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges:

The quickest way to get the item you want is by returning the original item and placing a new order once the return is accepted.

European Union 14-day Cooling Off Period:

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without needing to provide any reason. The item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of whether the refund is approved. If approved, you will receive a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
